The high pressure system covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Cool is expected in the upper North and the upper Northeast while abundant rains and isolated heavy rains are likely in the Central, the East and the South. Wind and waves in the upper Gulf are above 2 meters in thundershower areas. All ships in the upper Gulf should proceed with caution during 1-2 days.
