"A low pressure cell covers the upper Gulf."
At 04.00 p.m. today, an active low pressure cell covers the Myanmar coast. It is further expected that move to the upper Bay of Bengal. The low pressure trough lie across from the low pressure cell in the Myanmar coast, pass the lower Central, upper southern to eastern Thailand toward the low pressure cell in the lower South China Sea. Torrential rain is likely with heavy falls in many places in the western North, the Central, the East and the upper south. People in disaster areas of Kanchanaburi, Uthai Thani, Suphan Buri, Ratchaburi, Samut Songkhram, Samut Sakhon, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat, Phetchaburi and Prachuap Khiri Khan should beware of flooding conditions. Wind-wave is expected with 2-3 meters in the portion of Thailand Gulf and the Andaman sea. All ships should proceed with caution during 26-27 October.
Another outbreak of intense high pressure from China remains and it is expected to cover Northeaster Thailand. This cause cool with morning fog. Increase in temperature by 1-2 oC is forecast with windy.
