The moderate low pressure trough across the upper South and the Gulf of Thailand through a low pressure cell in the South China Sea. Scattered rains with isolated heavy falls are likely in the Central, the East and the South.
The high pressure system over the North and the Northeast has weakening. Warmer weather and morning fog in these areas.
