"Active Low Cell in Lower South China Sea"
The low pressure cell over Central Thailand will move to the western portion of northern Thailand by tomorrow (1 Nov 2008) and then toward Myanmar and the upper the Bay of Bengal. These causes abundant rainfall with isolated heavy to very heavy rain. People in disaster areas of Mae Hong Son, Tak, Kamphaengphet, Sukhothai, Phitsanulok, Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani and Chaiyaphum should beware of severe weather in this period.
