Tropical Storm “Noul” was downgraded the tropical depression. At 4.00 a.m. today, it was centered in Cambodia or at lat 12.6 °N, long 104.2 °E, with sustained winds of 50 km/hr. It is moving west-northwestwards slowly. It is expected will to be downgraded to low pressure cell. Widely scattered rains are likely in the lower Northeast, the East and the upper South of Thailand.
Another surge of nearly intense high pressure system from China has covered Laos, PDR and the South China Sea. It will then cover upper Thailand by the late morning today and impact on the Northeast first. This causes increasing of cloud and cooler weather respectively. The prevailing northeast monsoon over Thailand Gulf will strengthen with wave above 2 meters. All ships should proceed with caution during 19-21 November.
