Warning!
The strong northeast monsoon dominates the South and the Gulf of Thailand, and a low pressure cell covers near the coastline of Malaysia. Southern Thailand is triggered by torrential rain and isolated heavy fall. People in risk areas should beware of flooding due to successive rain along colliders in a few days. Provinces prone to risk include Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Besides, winds and waves have been likely to strengthen in the Gulf until 1 December. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore.
The surge of rather intense high pressure has covered upper Thailand and brings cooler weather, 2-3°C drop and windy.
