The high pressure system over upper Thailand has weakened, and the northeast monsoon over the South and Thailand Gulf become weak. These cause warmer weather with increasing fog are likely in the upper country. All forms of transport should beware of poor visibilities. Wind-wave stays rather strong in the Gulf. All ships in the Gulf should proceed with caution during this period.
