The low pressure cell has covered Myanmar. A ridge of high pressure system from China extends up to northern and upper northeastern Thailand is likely to cause the low pressure trough which lied over central and eastern Thailand. These causes abundant rainfall with isolated heavy rains are likely in upper Thailand especially in the North, the upper Northeast and the western portion of Central. People in disaster areas of Mae Hong Son, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Lamphun, Lampang, Uttraradit, Tak, Sukhothai, Phitsanulok, Kamphaengphet, Phetchabun, Nong Khai, Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi should beware of severe weather in this period.
