Weather in Thailand Nov 30, 2008
The strong northeast monsoon dominates the Gulf and southern Thailand. Thundershowers are likely in the lower Southern Thailand from Phatthalung southward. People in risk areas of Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat should beware of flooding due to successive rain along mountainous conditions during this period. Besides, winds and waves have been likely to strengthen in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore during 1-2 days. The surge of intense high pressure from china has covered upper Thailand and brings cooler weather, 1-2°C drop and windy while frost in some places over northern Thailand.
