The high pressure system from China remains over northern and northeastern Thailand and the South China Sea while easterly wind prevails over the South and Gulf of Thailand. Scattered rain with isolated heavy falls over the mention areas. Low pressure cell in the lower South China Sea with moving westward will dominated the lower South and east of Malaysia on November 8-9, 2008. It causes abundant rainfall in the areas.
