A low pressure cell covers Phetchaburi and Ratchaburi. This cause abundant rain with isolated heavy to very heavy falls in the western central and the upper south. People in disaster areas of Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Phetchaburi and Prachuap Khiri Khan should beware of flooding conditions. Wind-wave is rather strong with 2-3 meters in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea especially in thundershower areas during 26-27 October.
